What to Expect
Every session begins with a brief discussion about your current needs, any areas of concern, and your comfort preferences. Your therapist brings all equipment needed — you don't need to do anything except be ready to relax. Sessions are typically one hour, with 90 minute sessions available depending on your needs and funding.
